One day, a Bird Catcher went to the forest to catch some Wild Doves. He took some of his own Tame Doves and tied them to his net. Next, he spread out the net and hid himself behind a tree.

Soon, the Wild Doves flew into that area. They saw their tame relatives happily sitting among the cords of the net. The Tame Doves did not look as if they were in any danger! So, the Wild Doves flew close to where the Tame Doves were sitting. Suddenly, the knots of the net tightened around their tender feet. The Wild Doves were trapped. They were very frightened and tried hard to escape. However, the Bird Catcher came running out from his hiding place.
The Bird Catcher easily caught the Wild Doves.

caught? We are your relatives. Do you not care about us?”
The Tame Doves replied, ‘We wanted to make
our master happy. That is more important to us than pleasing our relatives!”

The Wild Doves (นกพิราบป่า)

วันหนึ่ง คนจับนกเข้าป่าเพื่อหวังจับนกพิราบป่า เขานำนกพิราบเชื่องที่เขาเลี้ยงไว้จำนวนหนึ่งไปด้วย และผูกนกเชื่องพวกนี้กับตาข่าย จากนั้นเขาเริ่มแผ่ตาข่ายออก แล้วซ่อนตัวเองอยู่หลังต้นไม้
Soon, the Wild Doves flew into that area. They saw their tame relatives happily sitting among the cords of the net. The Tame Doves did not look as if they were in any danger! So, the Wild Doves flew close to where the Tame Doves were sitting.
ในไม่ช้า นกพราบป่าบินเข้ามายังบริเวณนี้ พวกมันมองเหล่านกพิราบเชื่องนั่งมีความสุขอยู่ระหว่างเชือกตาข่าย และดูเหมือนจะไม่ได้ตกอยู่ในอันตรายใดๆ นกพิราบป่าจึงบินเข้าไปใกล้ฝูงนกพิราบเชื่องที่กำลังนั่งอยู่
Suddenly, the knots of the net tightened around their tender feet. The Wild Doves were trapped. They were very frightened and tried hard to escape. However, the Bird Catcher came running out from his hiding place.
ทันใดนั้น ปมของตาข่ายก็ผูกรัดรอบขาพวกมันไว้ ฝูงนกพิราบป่าติดกับดักแล้ว พวกมันต่อสู้และพยายามอย่างมากเพื่อจะหนี คนจับนกวิ่งออกมาจากบริเวณที่เขาซ่อนตัวไว้
The Bird Catcher easily caught the Wild Doves.
คนจับนกสามารถจับนกพิราบป่าได้อย่างง่ายดาย
The Wild Doves said to the Tame Doves, angrily, ‘Why did you not warn us? Why did you let us get
caught? We are your relatives. Do you not care about us?”
พิราบป่าพูดกับพิราบเชื่องอย่าวเกรี้ยวกราดว่า "ทำไมพวกเจ้าไม่เตือนพวกเรา? ทำไมพวกเจ้าปล่อยให้พวกเราถูกจับ? พวกเราเป็นญาติพี่น้องกันนะ พวกเจ้าไม่สนใจพวกเราเลยเหรอ?
The Tame Doves replied, ‘We wanted to make
our master happy. That is more important to us than pleasing our relatives!”
นกพิราบเชื่องตอบว่า "เราต้องการให้เจ้านายของเรามีความสุข และสิ่งนั้นก็สำคัญมากกว่าความพอใจของญาติพี่น้อง!"
